Quality Engineer 1

We are seeking a Quality Engineer I to support both manual and automated testing efforts across software applications. The ideal candidate has experience in software testing, automation using Python, and a strong interest in mobile application testing.Responsibilities:Execute manual and automated test cases to validate software functionality and performanceDevelop, maintain, and enhance automated test scripts using PythonIdentify, document, and troubleshoot defects and test failuresCollaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issuesParticipate in regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activitiesContribute to test planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications:2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or a related fieldExperience with both manual and automated testingStrong Python programming skillsExperience testing APIs and web applicationsUnderstanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLCStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Mobile application testing experience (iOS and/or Android) strongly preferredExperience with mobile test automation frameworksFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and test automation toolsKnowledge of Git and Linux/Unix environmentsExperience troubleshooting issues across multiple systems and environmentsJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Cupertino, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $45.00 - $45.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
