Senior Category Manager, Global Procurement

PCI Pharma Services

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Senior Category Manager for Global Procurement to develop and execute category strategies for indirect spend. This strategic role involves supplier relationship management, cost optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive savings and business value in a remote position.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute assigned category strategies aligned with business objectives and cost goals
Conduct spend analysis, should-cost modeling, and market research to identify savings opportunities
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFx development, supplier selection, and contract negotiation
Manage supplier relationships and performance metrics to ensure compliance, quality, and innovation
Integrate ESG and sustainability initiatives into category strategy and sourcing decisions

Requirements

Minimum 8 years procurement or category management experience
Strong category strategy development and procurement process expertise
Demonstrated supplier relationship management and performance tracking
Advanced analytical skills with spend analysis and cost modeling capability
Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
Experience leading RFx events and complex supplier negotiations
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
