An international machine manufacturing company in the Vernon Hills, IL area is searching for Sales Coordinator to join their team. This is a full-time and direct hire position.

A global manufacturer of industrial machinery in the Vernon Hills, IL area is searching for Sales Coordinator to join their team. You will be responsible for processing sales orders, purchase orders, quotes, coordinating delivery, and answering customers inquiries. This is a full-time and direct hire position.

\n

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

\n

\n
• Process sales orders, purchase orders, and quotes for assigned customers
\n
• Coordinate delivery, review contracts, answer customer inquiries about products and order status
\n
• Understand and maintain the product availability, change, updates
\n
• Manage and maintain document related to logistics (custom invoice, packing list, booking transportation, etc.)
\n
• Perform closing process (billing invoices, tracking order status, etc.)
\n
• Other duties as assigned
\n

Sales Coordinator Requirements Include:

\n

\n
• High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s degree preferred
\n
• 1-3 years of related work experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, account management
\n
• Prior experience in the machine sales is a plus
\n
• Ability to multi-task and perform duties in a time efficient manner
\n
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
\n
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
\n
• This position is in an office work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 20 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
