Principal Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities
Partner with AT T and *** account teams to support joint go to market and pre sales motions for shared customer opportunities.
Lead discovery conversations to identify business objectives, technical requirements, current state environments, constraints, and desired future state outcomes.
Develop solution concepts, reference architectures, and statements of approach across network transformation, secure network infrastructure, voice transformation, cloud contact center, IoT, mobility, and related AT T domains.
Prepare technical responses for proposals, statements of work, scope narratives, presentations, and customer facing solution documentation.
Provide technical guidance on solution design best practices, including resilience, scalability, security, performance, and integration with customer or partner environments.
Support qualification of opportunities by aligning customer needs to AT T service capabilities and identifying the most appropriate consulting and professional services approach.
Collaborate with *** and AT T stakeholders to shape win themes, differentiate the joint solution, and strengthen technical credibility in competitive pursuits.
Engage customer executives, architects, and operational teams as a trusted advisor, communicating complex technical strategies in business relevant terms.
Provide input on optimal product, platform, and vendor selection while supporting'¿not owning'¿commercial negotiations or third party contractual arrangements.
Preferred Experience and Skills
Strong customer facing experience in network consulting, secure network consulting, solution architecture, and pre sales support.
Deep understanding of network planning and design best practices, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, datacenter, SD WAN, SD LAN, and edge networking disciplines.
Working knowledge of secure network infrastructure, cybersecurity related architecture considerations, and risk based solution planning.
Familiarity with voice transformation, unified communications, SIP transformation, cloud collaboration, and cloud contact center solution domains.
Knowledge of IoT, 5G, mobility, and wireless enabled transformation use cases.
