- Establish and administer a treatment program with realistic and achievable goals to support patients' independence and well-being.
- Collaborate with all disciplines to evaluate team goals.
- 1+ years of recent experience
- Graduate of an accredited school
- BLS certification
- Active state license
- Demonstrate the highest level of professionalism when interacting with patients, families, physicians, and hospital staff members.
