This isn’t just a job, it’s a chance to lead innovation, engineer impact, and build a legacy of excellence.HDR is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Project Coordinator for our Building Engineering Services Business Group located in Minnesota. Our team is an integrated facility and infrastructure design team consisting of core services of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Structural and Site Civil Engineering. While we work in a wide variety of markets this role will be focused on Tech/Media/Telecom, Data Centers, and Mission Critical buildings and infrastructure.This role is responsible for the execution of HDR’s tasks including proposal generation, quality control, risk assessment, and on time design deliverable execution. This dynamic individual will be engaged with clients and will require leadership and communication skills that facilitate team collaboration. In this role, you will collaborate with the project PM’s to support their efforts. You will need to build strong external client relationships as well as internal bond with the other HDR PMs. Other responsibilities include participating in marketing and project planning and serving as a representative of HDR to the local industry. Travel and extended stay at project site locations is required.In the role of Senior Administrative Project Coordinator, we'll count on you to: Compose, type, format, proofread, edit and organize documents, reports, specifications and correspondenceCreate and maintain paper and electronic filesOrder insurance and monitor insurance certificatesAssist with developing project guides, and provide information and support for project reviewsApply company quality assurance guidelines and procedures for project document managementPrepare, organize and assist with contracts and sub-contractsCoordinate meetings and assist with presentationsExhibit professionalism with clientsWork closely with multiple Project Managers and project teamsAssist with or prepare project invoices as neededPerform other duties as neededCoordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's life cycle (from development and initiation to close-out), while under supervision of a Project ManagerResponsible for many aspects of a small project or a single aspect of a larger projectProduce and coordinate several projects concurrentlyCoordinate staffing and workload through entire project life cycle, and ensure completion of deliverables on scheduleTrack financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to budget and scheduleWork with the Accounting, Operational and Business leadership for periodic project reviewsImplement QA/QC proceduresPerform other duties as neededPreferred QualificationsAssociate degree, Bachelor's degreePMP certificationFamiliar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management softwareExperience designing complex and large-scale healthcare, laboratory, and/or mission critical data center facilities#LI-EV1QualificationsRequired QualificationsAssociate degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience A minimum of 3 years related experience Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We BelieveHDR is our company.
