Seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Surgeon for a community-based practice in Mishawaka, Indiana . The role involves providing comprehensive surgical care, including clinic visits, OR procedures, inpatient consults, and shared call coverage. Key responsibilities include managing inpatient cases, coordinating perioperative care, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining an ambulatory clinic, and utilizing advanced surgical technology like DaVinci robotic systems. The surgeon will adhere to evidence-based guidelines, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with hospital policies using the EMR (Epic).
