Customers Bank is seeking a Technical Payments Product Manager in New York, NY to own the end-to-end strategy and lifecycle of the bank’s payment platforms, including ACH, RTP, and FedNow. You will bridge business needs with technical delivery, drive roadmaps and backlogs, and collaborate with Operations, Technology, Risk, and vendors to ensure reliable, scalable payments.
