How You Will Make An Impact

• Manage assigned enterprise telecom accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for client needs.
• Lead recurring client meetings to review open items, completed work, active projects, and upcoming initiatives.
• Coordinate telecom orders, installations, disconnects, service changes, and carrier activities.
• Review telecom invoices, audit expenses, identify discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
• Support client branch openings, new installations, and telecom expansion initiatives.
• Analyze telecom services and identify opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
• Maintain accurate reporting and provide clear status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with carrier representatives and client contacts.
• Help develop processes, train teammates, and contribute to future team leadership.

Do you have the expertise to lead in enterprise telecom account management?

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise/business telecom environments.
• Strong understanding of telecom products, carrier services, ordering processes, billing, and expense management.
• Experience auditing telecom invoices and identifying billing issues or optimization opportunities.
• Experience managing telecom service changes including installations, disconnects, and provisioning.
• Strong client-facing communication skills with experience leading meetings and presenting updates.
• Experience supporting wireline and/or wireless voice and data services.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities.
• Leadership, mentoring, coaching, or team development experience preferred.
• Comfortable learning different carrier systems and adapting to changing telecom terminology.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
