An established and prestigious Complex Commercial and Bankruptcy Litigation law firm in Miami is hiring an established Attorney to join its bankruptcy and insolvency trustee & fiduciary services practice group.
Duties and Requirements:
- FLORIDA Bar license in good standing
- 3+ years in bankruptcy, insolvency, creditors’ rights, or commercial litigation.
- Handle Adversary proceedings and avoidance actions
- Assist with other non-bankruptcy alternatives
- Trustee, fiduciary, or receivership representation
This firm represents:
*Debtors in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Assignments-For-Benefit-of-Creditors (ABC’s)
*Trustees and court-appointed receivers
*Creditors (secured and unsecured)
*Potential asset purchasers and interested third parties
