Receptionist St. Augustine Health & Rehabilitation Center | St. Augustine, FL Are you a friendly, organized professional who enjoys helping others and creating a positive first impression? St. Augustine Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional environment while supporting the daily operations of our facility. Schedule & Pay Monday-Friday

7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Some holidays required $15.00 per hour Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Greet visitors and assist them with navigating the facility Route calls and messages to the appropriate departments Coordinate outgoing packages and deliveries Maintain visitor and personnel logs Assist with general administrative and front office duties Support daily operations to help ensure an exceptional experience for residents, families, and staff Qualifications Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or office experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Reliable with a strong attendance record Must be at least 18 years of age Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English Why Join Us?
