Family Assistant/Nanny A family of five, who live year‑round in Southampton, NY, need to hire a full‑time Family Assistant/Nanny to become a meaningful and lasting presence in their home. The role goes beyond traditional childcare, and the ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can work both independently and collaboratively with two au pairs already in the home. Responsibilities Assist with morning and evening routines and school pickups Prepare and cook family meals Plan activities and maintain an organized environment through household support Support children’s emotional development while managing the day‑to‑day flow of a busy household Qualifications Strong communicator, able to work independently and collaboratively Proactive, highly organized, and passionate about creating structure, encouraging healthy habits, and fostering a positive home environment Experience working with children and in household management (preferred) Compensation Salary range: $40 to $50 per hour.
