We're looking for an exceptional Physical Therapist who believes exceptional movement begins with exceptional relationships—and who wants to help build the future of pediatric physical therapy at Chatterbox.

We're investing in a pediatric sports rehabilitation and performance program that combines evidence-based physical therapy with injury prevention, athletic development, movement optimization, and return-to-sport programming for young athletes. 

You'll have the opportunity to help shape: 

• Sports rehabilitation services 
• Return-to-play programming

• Speed and agility training

Pediatric Neurodevelopmental Therapy  

You'll work with infants, children, and adolescents with a variety of developmental diagnoses, including: 

• Developmental delay 
• Cerebral palsy 
• Down syndrome 
• Genetic conditions 
• Torticollis and plagiocephaly 
• Neuromuscular disorders 
• Autism and sensory-motor differences 
• Orthopedic and mobility challenges 

You'll collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, physicians, educators, and families to help children improve mobility, strength, balance, coordination, endurance, and participation in everyday life.

Qualifications  

• Licensed or eligible for Georgia licensure as a Physical Therapist 
• Passion for pediatric physical therapy 
• Interest or experience in pediatric orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, biomechanics, or youth athletic development 
• Experience working with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 
• Creative problem solver with a growth mindset 
• Interest in community outreach and program development

We recognize that exceptional physical therapy extends well beyond treatment sessions.

These responsibilities are essential to building exceptional outcomes for children and families.

• Direct treatment time  
• Administrative time , including documentation, treatment planning, collaboration, caregiver education, program development, and other professional responsibilities
