Minimum Requirements

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required. (Client requires doctorate; recent grads and LPTAs will not be considered.)
• Current Texas physical therapy license required.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Minimum 1 year inpatient rehabilitation experience required.
• Minimum 2 years total physical therapy experience preferred.
• Experience with EMR MedHost preferred.
• Ability and willingness to float to other facilities as required by the client.
• Professional appearance; solid color scrubs required.
• Candidates must be located more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify for this travel assignment.
