Part-Time Receptionist

We are looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our dealership. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a great first impression. Pay: $15-$17/ hour Schedule: 3-4 days a week in the evening and every Saturday What You’ll Do Answer all incoming phone calls according to company policies and in a friendly, prompt and professional manner. Page employees who are requested by customer either in person or via telephone. Transfer phone calls to appropriate parties promptly and accurately. Take phone messages when needed and ensure they are received by the appropriate person. Greet and assist all customers in a prompt, friendly and professional manner. Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom. Other duties as assigned.
