Project Services Analyst

Job Description Overview AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Project Services Analyst to join our Project Services Multi-Market Service Team. This is an entry-level position and is based out of New York, NY. Your Role
- Supports the development, maintenance, and monitoring of project schedules, forecasts, budgets, risks, changes, and performance metrics to help deliver projects successfully.
- Performs estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost analysis, forecasting, reporting, cash flow monitoring, invoice processing, and financial tracking activities.
- Assists with procurement, bid evaluations, contract administration, change management, contractor coordination, and compliance monitoring.
- Maintains project records and databases, validates project information, prepares reports and analyses, and supports project communication and decision-making.
- Collaborates with project teams, clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers to support project execution and continuous improvement initiatives.
- EXPERIENCE: Prior internship experience in construction preferred
- EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field from an accredited college/university.
- SPECIAL SKILLS: Experience with electronic takeoff software, understanding of basic construction concepts and terminology preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office
