Location: Lutz, FL
Compensation: Hourly + Bonus

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist who is passionate about wellness and dedicated to delivering exceptional client care. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of various massage techniques, a client-focused mindset, and the ability to contribute to a serene, supportive, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a variety of massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, therapeutic, and specialty massages tailored to each client’s needs.
- Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and medical history.
Maintain a clean, safe, and tranquil treatment space following spa protocols and health regulations.
- Recommend appropriate follow-up services or home care to support clients' wellness journeys.
- Collaborate with the wellness team to ensure a seamless and luxurious client experience.
- Uphold Creations’ values of professionalism, care, and holistic well-being.
Qualifications:
- Valid Massage Therapy License in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of professional massage therapy experience (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for wellness and a client-centered approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience in a med spa or luxury spa setting is a plus.
