Principales responsabilidades de un miembro del equipo de turno de comida en la recepcin:
- Ofrecer un servicio al cliente "notable" con una hospitalidad genuina (diciendo "Un placer!")
- Gestionar las transacciones de forma eficiente asegurando la toma de pedidos y precios precisos
- Revisando y confirmando los pedidos de los huspedes para comprobar la precisin
- Aceptar pagos y proporcionar recibos tanto en el carril del mostrador como en el del autoservicio
- Envasar con cuidado los pedidos de comida fresca y de alta calidad

Buscamos un miembro entusiasta y con mentalidad de crecimiento para ofrecer un servicio clido, rpido y preciso a nuestros huspedes tanto en el mostrador como en el servicio de autoservicio.
Un candidato ideal prospera en un entorno dinmico y se siente cmodo alternando entre distintos puestos, incluyendo la toma de pedidos en el mostrador, los pedidos presenciales en el carril del autoservicio (iPads/iPOS), la entrega de comidas en efectivo y la entrega por ventanilla. Tus principales responsabilidades incluyen ofrecer un servicio atento y corts, gestionar los pagos con precisin y trabajar junto a un equipo de apoyo para asegurarte de que cada husped se marche encantado.

Responsabilidades de un miembro del equipo de turno de comida en recepcin:
- Recibiendo a los invitados con calidez y sirvindolos con su caracterstica actitud de "Un placer"
- Operacin precisa de los sistemas POS en el mostrador y al aire libre en el autoservicio (iPOS)
- Sirviendo en puestos de servicio en el autoservicio, incluyendo recepcin de pedidos presenciales, recogida de efectivo externa, entrega de comidas (mensajero) y servicio en la ventanilla
- Verificar la precisin de los pedidos, embolsar la comida correctamente y repartir las comidas terminadas de forma eficiente
- Equilibrar los cajones de caja y gestionar registros precisos de transacciones
- Mantener la limpieza y la organizacin en la encimera, el comedor y las zonas de autoservicio
- Resolver las preocupaciones de los huspedes rpidamente con amabilidad y cuidado
Requisitos del puesto:
- Una actitud positiva, de corazn servil, y una fuerte tica de trabajo
- Capacidad para trabajar al aire libre en diversas condiciones meteorolgicas para operaciones de servicio en autoservicio
- Slidas habilidades de comunicacin e interpersonalidad
- Capacidad para hacer varias tareas a la vez y trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de alta energa y ritmo acelerado
- Habilidades bsicas de matemticas y comodidad manejando tecnologa POS/iPad
- Capacidad para seguir de cerca los estndares de salud, seguridad y operaciones
