Altitude Trampoline Park-West Jordan is looking for an energetic individual with a passion for guest experience and hospitality to Join our team. We are a high-energy trampoline park dedicated to providing a fun, safe, and memorable experience for guests of all ages. We pride ourselves on maintaining top-tier facilities, excellent customer service, and a strong team environment.Position SummaryThe Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing daily park operations during assigned shifts. This role ensures excellent guest experiences, maintains safety standards, supervises team members, and supports overall business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead team members during shiftsEnsure all safety rules and procedures are followed at all timesProvide outstanding customer service and resolve guest concernsOpen and/or close the facility as requiredMonitor park cleanliness, organization, and maintenance needsTrain, coach, and motivate staff to meet performance expectationsHandle cash management and basic reporting tasksRespond to incidents and complete required documentationQualificationsPrevious supervisory or management experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentExcellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesAvailability to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysMust be at least 18 years oldPhysical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periodsCapable of lifting up to 50 lbsComfortable working in a loud, dynamic environmentBenefitsFun and energetic work environmentCompetitive hourly wageEmployee discounts and park perksFlexible schedule
