Come grow with us!Torch Technologies has an exciting opportunity for a **System Administrator, Journeyman** to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Electronic Systems PEO (AFLCMC/ES) at Hanscom AFB, MA. The Electronic Systems System (ESS) Division aka Force Protection Division's mission responsibility is to manage and execute the modernization, design, development, testing, fielding, and sustainment of the various software and hardware within the ESS Portfolio.As a **Systems Administrator, Journeyman** your duties include, but are not limited to:* Provide system administration of network, web, and/or communication systems, including Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) systems, involving network security.* Prepare technical implementation plans that provide integrated solutions including actions, milestones, timelines, and critical paths required for complete solutions.* Perform daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems which may be mainframe, mini, client/server, or cloud based.* Optimize system operation and resource utilization and performs system capacity analysis and planning.* Provide assistance to users in accessing and using business systems.**Required Qualifications:*** U.S. Citizenship* Must have experience with AWS, Confluence/JIRA or LCMP* Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to deliver security briefings and training* Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities* Ability to work independently and manage multiple security tasks simultaneously* Ability to collaborate with Government, military, and contractor personnel* Must have and maintain an active Secret security clearance.**Preferred Qualifications:*** Bachelor's degree and at least 3+ years of experience with 3+ years of experience in the DoW.**Schedule:**(M-F; 8-5)**Work Location:** Onsite**Travel:**No**Relocation Assistance Available:** No**Position Contingent Upon Award of Contract:** No**Salary Range** **(only if required\*\*):** $95,000 - $105,000The salary range information is a general guideline only. Several factors can influence the salary for a position including but not limited to, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, geographic location, business considerations, scope and responsibilities of the position, local or other applicable market conditions, and internal equity.
