Join our first‑class team to reinvent the in‑flight experience. In the role of Intern, Program Management you'll play a pivotal part on our Program Management team. The Program Management Intern will support project planning and execution activities within the aerospace industry, assisting program managers with scheduling, tracking progress, and coordinating cross‑functional teams. Responsibilities include preparing status reports, organizing meetings, and ensuring project documentation is up to date. The intern will gain exposure to industry best practices, stakeholder communication, and risk management. This role provides hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, innovative environment, ideal for those interested in aerospace project management. This position contributes to our vision by: Assist with issuing purchase orders and tracking deliveries. Communicate with suppliers regarding order status and inquiries. Support supplier evaluation and performance monitoring. Help maintain accurate procurement records and documentation. Gather and compare quotes from different suppliers. Assist in resolving order discrepancies and returns. Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing needs. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages. Support cost analysis and reporting activities. Research potential suppliers and new materials. Participate in process improvement initiatives within the procurement team. Provide general administrative support as needed. Internships are 12‑weeks in duration and 29 hours/week. Working Conditions: Fluent communication in English is required. Employment status may be part‑time, full‑time or temporary. Travel may be required. Protracted or irregular hours may be required. Relocation to another Safran facility may be required. Qualifications Candidate skills & requirements Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail. Problem solving, well organized, detail‑oriented and accurate.
