As Buyer, you will be part of the Supply Chain within the Procurement family.
Here below your responsibilities:
- Carry out procurement activities in compliance with cost/time/quality requirements
- Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs)
- Support vendors during bid preparation
- Prepare bid tabulations
- Lead negotiations
- Prepare and manage purchase orders and subcontracts
- Close bid processes
- Follow up and negotiate revisions
- Ensure compliance with procedures
- Review technical documentation
- Manage contractual documentation
What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Economics
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement
Languages: English (working proficiency)
Technical Skills: Procurement processes, contract management, vendor management, INCOTERMS
IT Skills: Familiarity with SAP or similar tools
