Event Marketing Specialist
Location - San Francisco, CA (Remote)
Contract - 6 Months
Job Description
- 3+ years of experience in event marketing, event planning, or project management
- Proven experience independently executing logistics for conferences, trade shows, or corporate events, including managing vendors, shipping, registration, and onsite operations.
- Strong project management discipline: building and maintaining workback schedules, tracking deliverables, and keeping multiple stakeholders aligned to deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple events at once in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high bar for detail and quality.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of partnering effectively with marketing, sales, executives, and external vendors.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset that anticipates risks early and drives clear action plans rather than reacting at the last minute.
- Comfort using CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana, or similar) to manage tasks, track status, and support post-event reporting.
