Medicare Insurance Agent – Hourly W-2 Employee (Onsite)Senior Financial Group is seeking a motivated and driven Medicare Insurance Agent to join our on-site sales team. This is a full-time hourly W-2 position focused on inbound and outbound calls, lead follow-up, seminar presentations, and assisting Medicare beneficiaries in understanding and enrolling in plans that best fit their healthcare needs.The ideal candidate is energetic, professional, comfortable speaking with individuals and groups, and passionate about helping seniors navigate their Medicare options.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound inquiries from prospective Medicare clientsConduct outbound calls to follow up on leads and marketing campaignsPresent Medicare educational and sales seminars to prospective clientsEducate clients on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug PlansSchedule appointments and complete plan enrollmentsBuild rapport and maintain strong client relationshipsAccurately document client interactions within CRM systemsMeet daily call activity and sales performance goalsStay current on Medicare regulations, carrier products, and compliance requirementsProvide exceptional customer serviceQualificationsActive Health Insurance License requiredAHIP certification preferred or willingness to obtainPrevious Medicare sales experience strongly preferredExperience with inbound and outbound calling environments preferredComfortable with public speaking and seminar presentationsStrong communication and closing skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced sales environmentBasic computer and CRM proficiencyReliable attendance and strong work ethicCompensation & BenefitsHourly W-2 compensationPerformance-based bonus opportunitiesPaid training and ongoing coachingCompany-provided leadsGrowth and advancement opportunitiesSupportive team environmentWork LocationThis is an on-site/hybrid position located in Johnson City, Tennessee
