Responsibilities: • Ensure the restaurant is compliant with all company policies, industry regulations, and food safety standards to guarantee a safe, clean environment for both staff and customers. • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and managing profit and loss. • Lead operational strategies to meet and exceed company goals for quality, customer service, and profitability. • Manage inventory and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce waste. • Mentor and develop your team by providing guidance, feedback, and training to ensure consistent delivery of Papa John’s standards. Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere. • Strong leadership abilities with a passion for building and developing high-performing teams. • Must have reliable transportation to get to and from the store, the bank, and required meetings. • Solid experience in financial management, including budgeting and profit and loss analysis.
