Responsibilities Shop Welding Coordinate with Production Supervisor regarding required weld processes per project. Collaborate with Shop Lead to meet weld schedule needs and best fit. Perform various fabrication projects. Assist welders with fitting and problem‑solving. Share knowledge and experience to maximize daily performance. Conduct daily QC/QA. Weld Certifications Proficient in MIG, TIG, and STICK welding. Experience with Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel. Maintain up‑to‑date weld certification. Required Experience Must have 2 or more years of pipefitting and welding experience. Dexterity and hand‑eye coordination. Sound judgment and critical thinking. Attention to detail. Highly reliable. Physical Requirements Standing for 90% of the day. Ability to work with ongoing exposure to loud noise. Ability to stand, walk, bend, push/pull, and grasp objects. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and up to 30 pounds frequently. Must pass pre‑employment background check and drug screening.
