Onsite Logistics Specialist I - Construction

The Onsite Logistics Specialist in our field Logistics department, located in Beaver Dam, WI, will oversee all operations for an assigned site or area and provide tooling and material support to field personnel. Key Responsibilities Operate equipment and handle materials efficiently. Communicate effectively with internal customers (FTI Field Members and Supervisors). Report issues to OLL and crews efficiently. Lead a team of one to two members in an area of operation. Act as the direct point of contact to coordinate needs with electrical crews (Building POC). Coordinate direct material deliveries to the proper location onsite. Help manage stock levels onsite and maintain the inventory tracker for 2-3 crews. Execute and close out onsite requests. Proficiently operate equipment and manage the maintenance and tracking of equipment. Conduct daily walkthroughs to monitor stock, cleanliness, and crew needs. Demonstrate excellent customer relations through effective problem‑solving techniques. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Qualifications HS Diploma or GED required. ASCM Warehouse, Forklift, Rigging, and Lull certification preferred. 2–3 years of logistics experience. Travel up to 100%. Work schedule: 6 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, with potential nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime may be required.
