Senior QA Engineer (Banking / Credit Cards)
Location: Pittsburgh, Dallas, Columbus, Strongsville, Charlotte, Phoenix ( Onsite)
Role Description
Seeking a Senior QA Engineer with 7+ years of experience to ensure quality and reliability of enterprise banking applications. The role involves designing test strategies, validating business workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting secure, high-quality software releases.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and execute test plans, test cases, and validation activities across application releases.
- Collaborate with Business, Product, and Engineering teams to identify issues, improve test coverage, and support successful delivery.
- Perform defect management, UAT support, release validation, and contribute to continuous QA process improvements.
Primary Skills (Must Have)
| Skill | Proficiency | Expected |
| Banking Domain Expertise | Advanced | Mandatory experience in Banking, preferably Credit Cards, with understanding of banking workflows and processes. |
| QA Testing Expertise | Advanced | Strong experience in Functional, Integration, Regression, System, API, and End-to-End Testing. |
| Automation & Test Management | Advanced | Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, or similar), SQL/database validation, and defect management tools such as JIRA or ALM. |
