Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Research, analyze, and produce high-quality documentation, user stories, and specifications for complex software systems
- Investigate production issues using logging and observability tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering and business stakeholders
- Operate within Agile/Scrum/SAFe delivery environments
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and elimination of ambiguity in all deliverables
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Hands-on experience with Splunk, Dynatrace, or Kibana
- Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and event-driven architectures
- Experience with relational database schemas and SQL management tools
- Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery experience
- Familiarity with PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or similar regulatory frameworks
- Experience with mainframe platforms, batch programs, and job scheduling
- Background in debit/credit card, payments, or financial services domains
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
