MillwrightWe are seeking a highly skilled Millwright to join our Maintenance Department and help ensure the smooth operation of our facility. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and enhancing our equipment, contributing to the continued success and efficiency of our operations.Report to: Maintenance SupervisorQualifications, Requirements, & Responsibilities:Minimum 4 years of industrial millwright experience or comparable training in wood products manufacturing (preferred).Proficient in welding, cutting, troubleshooting, and machinery operation.Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, equipment, and facility infrastructure.Work with hydraulic, pneumatic, and conveyor systems to ensure operational efficiency.Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues quickly to minimize downtime.Perform preventative maintenance and keep detailed records of repairs.Weld, fabricate, and modify equipment as needed.Operate machinery when necessary for troubleshooting and testing.Maintain clear communication with maintenance, production, and management personnel to achieve company goals.Must be able to work any shift (day, swing, graveyard, or relief) as needed in the department.Must be able to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays, when required.Why You Should Join Our Crew:Be part of a supportive team where your growth and success are valued.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge machinery in a dynamic industrial environment.Stable hours with opportunities for overtime and weekend shifts.Competitive pay, complete benefits package, company-sponsored health clinic, and more!Physical Demands:Ability to work in extreme temperatures, dusty and noisy conditions, heights, and confined spaces.Comfortable lifting 2-50 lbs regularly, climbing ladders, and standing for 10-13 hours per shift.Comfortable standing for extended periods.If you're ready to bring your expertise to a fast-paced, rewarding role with a focus on safety and efficiency, we want to hear from you.
