Production Worker

Job Description: Location: Walpole, MA 02032 (Onsite) Job Title: Production Worker Duration: 12-Month Contract Shift Details 2nd shift 3:30PM – 12:00AM, Monday - Friday Pay Rate: $21/hr Description: • Operate fill and production manufacturing equipment in a regulated production environment. • Inspect, package, and label finished medical diagnostic test kits. • Verify raw materials to ensure correct components and quantities are used in manufacturing batches. • Assist and partner with support personnel to troubleshoot manufacturing-related issues. • Follow production procedures, work instructions, and area guidelines as written. • Maintain accurate production records and documentation. • Comply with all quality systems and regulatory requirements, including FDA, ISO, and OSHA standards. • Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). • Support production goals while maintaining product quality and efficiency. • Work overtime and modified schedules as required based on business needs. Required Qualifications: • High School Diploma or GED required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods. • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or machine operation. • Experience working in FDA-regulated, pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences, or medical device environments. • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP). • Experience operating manufacturing equipment. • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and electronic documentation systems. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Work Environment: • PPE including safety glasses, gloves, lab coats, and safety shoes will be provided. • Manufacturing of medical diagnostic test kits in a highly regulated environment. • Team-oriented workplace with training provided.
