Senior Designer

As a Senior Designer, you’ll play a key role in bringing creative ideas to life across a wide range of brands, campaigns, and platforms. You combine strong design fundamentals with thoughtful creative problem-solving and have the experience to take projects from concept through final execution. You understand how to translate strategy into compelling visual communication while maintaining consistency, quality, and attention to detail. What You’ll Do: Concept, design, and execute creative work across digital, print, social, branding, advertising, and other client-facing platforms. Translate creative briefs, brand strategies, and campaign concepts into visually compelling and effective design solutions. Take ownership of assigned projects from initial concept through production and final delivery. Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, and brand messengers to develop and execute integrated creative concepts. Maintain a high level of craft and consistency across all work, ensuring alignment with client brand standards and project objectives. Present and communicate design concepts clearly to internal teams and, when appropriate, clients. Incorporate feedback thoughtfully while maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of the creative concept. Adapt creative concepts and assets across multiple formats, sizes, channels, and platforms while maintaining a cohesive brand experience. Prepare and review production-ready files for both digital and print applications, ensuring technical accuracy and quality. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced agency environment while consistently meeting deadlines. Stay up to date with emerging design trends, technology, tools, and best practices, bringing new ideas and approaches to the creative team. What You Need aka the Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within an advertising agency, creative agency, or similar fast-paced environment. Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work across a variety of brands, industries, media, and creative applications. Advanced understanding of design principles, including typography, composition, hierarchy, color theory, iconography, imagery, and visual storytelling. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, along with familiarity with other modern design tools and platforms. Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand business and marketing objectives, identify the purpose behind the work, and translate strategy into thoughtful, effective creative solutions. Strong understanding of branding and the ability to work within established brand systems while also helping evolve them when appropriate. Solid understanding of print production processes, color management, digital asset optimization, and file preparation. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities.
