Commercial Lender

Commercial LenderAngott Search Group is pleased to partner with a $1 billion Western Tennessee bank in their search for a Commercial Lender.This position is responsible for cultivating and managing a portfolio of commercial clients, assessing their financial needs, and providing tailored lending solutions to help them achieve their business goals. You will play crucial role in supporting the growth and success of local businesses in local West Tennessee market. This role requires a deep understanding of commercial lending practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building strong relationships with clients. This role offers a very competitive base plus incentives and profit sharing.The qualified candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in commercial lending along with a minimum of $10-$15MM in production for C&I and/or minimum production of $15-$20MM for CRE. Background must include strong knowledge of commercial lending practices, including credit analysis, loan structuring, and risk management. The Commercial Lender will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
