Content Creator

About the Role We're looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to join our in-house marketing team in Addison, Texas. This role will focus on content planning, creative concepts, filming, photography, and on-camera content creation for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid social campaigns. Key Responsibilities Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, and content ideas for social media Plan and execute on-site photo and video shoots Film short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and paid advertising Create product demonstrations, lifestyle content, UGC-style videos, and behind-the-scenes content Participate in on-camera content and/or direct talent during shoots Research and identify trending formats, sounds, concepts, and social media trends Develop content aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to execute content strategies Capture high-quality product photography and video Create content concepts specifically designed for paid social advertising Organize and maintain content assets Bring fresh creative ideas and new content formats to the team Maintain a consistent content production schedule Qualifications 1-3+ years of experience in content creation, social media, photography, video production, or a related field Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content, photography, or video work Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Experience using cameras, smartphones, lighting, microphones, and basic production equipment Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, framing, and lighting Creative mindset with a strong understanding of engaging social media content Comfortable being on camera and/or directing talent Strong communication and collaboration skills Highly organized and able to manage multiple shoots and content projects Comfortable working in a fast-paced, fully on-site environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with eCommerce, DTC, consumer products, or lifestyle brands Experience creating UGC-style or influencer content Experience with product photography Experience creating content for paid social campaigns Strong understanding of social media trends and viral content formats Experience working with influencers or on-camera talent Position Details Job Title: Content Creator Location: Addison, TX - DFW Area Employment Type: Full-Time Work Arrangement: In-House / On-Site #J-18808-Ljbffr NEO Innovations
