Customer Support & Training Specialist

Role: New customer onboarding and ongoing software training. Categorize support requests as: Training, Break-fix, Bugs, or Improvements. Provide solutions and train users on software features. Escalate tickets to supervisor or route to other teams. Follow-up with customers to confirm resolution. Provide updates on upcoming feature releases. Opportunity to learn and grow into other roles within the company.

Required: Empathy. Multitasking. Customer support. Computer software skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.

Preferred: User training. Google Cloud. Adobe Acrobat. Freshdesk Ticketing System. Understanding of accessibility.
