GENERAL MANAGER – MOBILITY SOLUTIONSSchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWeekends: NoneExperience: 3–5 Years of Management ExperienceFocus: Operations | Sales | Team Leadership | Customer ExperiencePOSITION OVERVIEWOur client is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily operations, drive business growth, and develop a high-performing team within the mobility solutions industry.This is a purpose-driven leadership opportunity supporting customers who rely on wheelchair-accessible vehicles, adaptive seating, hand controls, scooters, lifts, and other mobility equipment to maintain or regain their independence.WHAT YOU’LL DO• Lead overall business operations with responsibility for profitability and performance.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual business goals.
Monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to improve results.
Hire, train, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
Coach employees and provide sales and deal support.
Build a positive, accountable, and customer-focused culture.
Drive revenue growth and ensure sales goals are achieved.
Build relationships with customers and referral sources.
Resolve customer challenges and identify opportunities to improve service.
Ensure customers receive mobility solutions tailored to their individual needs.WHAT YOU’LL BRING• 3–5 years of management experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
