We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant - Evening Shift to join our team. Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant - Evening Shift to assist our nursing staff with daily patient care activities, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and other essential tasks. As an evening shift CNA, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care and attention. Responsibilities: Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Take vital signs, monitor patients' conditions, and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families Assist with transfers, ambulations, and mobility exercises Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including ensuring their rooms are tidy and organized Collaborate with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions Requirements: Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the State of Oklahoma High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients with assistance as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation to and from work What We Offer: A rewarding and challenging work environment Competitive salary and benefits package (to be provided) Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and collaborative team environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Heartsworth Center Nursing
