Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales activity goals.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate waste management services and solutions.
• Track and manage sales activities and prospects using company-provided databases.
• Ensure all proposed solutions comply with local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Prior sales experience preferred.
• Experience collaborating directly with customers and industry partners.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Compensation
