This is an exciting opportunity for a confident veterinarian who enjoys mentoring others, driving clinical excellence, and helping shape the future of a thriving practice.
For the right candidate, there is also the opportunity to work towards practice ownership through a structured Partner Track programme .

The Role
As Medical Director, you'll:
Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care
Lead and mentor the veterinary team
Establish and maintain clinical standards
Work closely with leadership to support hospital growth
Foster a collaborative, positive team culture
Help shape the future direction of the practice
This role is best suited to an experienced small animal veterinarian who enjoys both clinical practice and leadership.

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a veterinarian who:
Holds a DVM (or equivalent)
Is eligible for veterinary licensure in New York
Has several years of small animal clinical experience
Demonstrates strong leadership and communication skills
Enjoys mentoring colleagues and developing teams
Is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care
