Senior Contracts Manager

Responsibilities Manage medium scale contracting projects received throughout the organization Provide expertise and strategic direction in the development, negotiation, management, and administration of complex supplier contract negotiations Attend and represent contracts point of view at stakeholder meetings Ensure accurate reporting and analytics for assigned projects Participate in initiatives to improve the operational and risk imperatives of the department and team Provide business leaders with contract analysis and a point-of-view for decision support Requirements Bachelor’s degree; JD preferred 3-5 years of substantive transactional contract negotiation experience required Ability to handle complex negotiations for Fidelity's strategic vendor relationships with moderate supervision Identify, assess, and resolve complex contracting issues Strong presentation, interpersonal and diplomacy skills Proven confidence, initiative and influencing skills Ability to simultaneously manage multiple, large‑scale projects Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of business terms and conditions Strong project management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
