Personal Banker

About the Role The Personal Banker is responsible for delivering an exceptional client experience by adhering to our Breakthrough Client Experience Standards. Duties include acquiring new and expanding existing client relationships through needs‑based questioning, offering appropriate products and services, and referring clients to the appropriate internal business partners. The role also involves originating consumer lending opportunities, opening consumer and business accounts, and performing teller functions such as cash transactions when needed. Additionally, the Personal Banker will engage clients in financial reviews, provide solutions, make recommendations, follow through on commitments, and resolve client issues with proactive problem resolution. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. One year of teller or other banking experience preferred. Basic knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services. Ability to develop consumer lending skills and handle cash accurately, balance accounts and drawers, and perform calculations. Proficiency in expanding client relationships and building rapport. Nationwide Multistate Licensing and Registry (NMLS) licensing preferred. Compensation Pay range: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Compensation may include performance‑based incentive compensation, details of which will be provided during the recruitment process.
