Role will be hybrid after training. Job Description: Assist with category strategy by leveraging spend analytics and supplier research; capture and report supplier spend, spend under management, and maverick spend. Update Ariba’s contract management module with fully executed contracts (Master Service Agreements, Statement of Works, Non-disclosure agreements) and other contractually obligating documents, maintaining accuracy. Assess primary and secondary research, conduct competitive analysis, supplier analysis, and industry best practices. Evaluate value propositions from potential suppliers and determine if solutions fit the company’s needs. Coordinate meetings and discussions with potential suppliers. Manage contracts and review POs/invoices in SAP Ariba. Conduct research in the system regarding POs/invoices as part of procurement activities. Requirements: Procurement background and basic knowledge of sourcing principles, indirect procurement, supplier analysis, RFP, and research methods. Experience with end-to-end procurement processes, research, data analysis, and RFP processing. Experience loading contracts into SAP Ariba. Aptitude for conceptualizing, communicating, and selling new concepts, with an analytical approach to problem solving and strategic development. Understanding of financial/cost analyses, business case development, and decision modeling. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for effective interaction and negotiation with management, customers, and suppliers. Experience with SAP Ariba contract module and SAP Fieldglass (preferred). Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Experience with Adobe and Adobe eSig (preferred).
