Join us!The Employment Specialist supports individuals with disabilities in gaining competitive employment. This position assesses skills; assists with career exploration, discovery and planning activities; teaches employment-related skills through pre-employment training; and provides on-the-job and retention supports. College coursework in human services or business-related field preferred.Knowledge of individuals with disabilities required.At least one year of experience working with individuals within the human services field preferred.Experience working in employment services preferred.At least one year of experience working in customer service or sales preferred.Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required.Driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation are required.
