Blue Rhino is seeking a Full‑Time Production Specialist to join our hardworking and safety‑focused team. This is a hands‑on, labor‑intensive role where you'll frequently lift and stack 40 lb. propane cylinders while working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Every cylinder you handle is cleaned, leak‑tested, and inspected, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Dispatch cylinders to paint, fill, or rework stations. Complete paint line operations: loading cylinders in tank hangers, applying paint bag applicator, unloading tank hangers. Operate shot blast, tare weight entry station, capper (data code label), and stacker (palletizing). Manually check for leaks, weight problems, or sleeve malfunctions. Perform cylinder refurb operations based on workstation. Stack finished product. Check for quality assurance. Qualifications Possess integrity and a good work ethic. Demonstrated ability to be punctual, dependable, and reliable. Ability to work overtime, as required. Ability to understand basic technical instructions, both written and verbal. High school diploma or equivalent. Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States.
