Commercial Project Manager

Our client, a fast-growing Division 10 interior specialties distributor in the Dallas–Fort Worth market, is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead commercial projects from bid through completion as they continue to scale. This role is strictly focused on project delivery for Division 10 (Interior Specialties). Candidates must have direct hands-on experience estimating, managing, and executing interior specialty scopes, including architectural finishes such as wall panels, lockers, toilet partitions, ceilings, and related Division 8 and/or 10 product lines. You will prepare estimates and proposals, review drawings and specifications to define scope, coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and general contractors, and manage full project execution through installation and closeout. You’ll also identify cost-saving opportunities, manage risk, and support value engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
