Travel Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days (Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 9-Week Assignment | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct perioperative nursing care to patients in the operating room setting
• Assist surgical teams across a combination of specialties including Orthopedics, Plastics, and OB/GYN
• Maintain patient safety and advocate for patient needs throughout the surgical process
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary surgical team members to ensure efficient OR workflow
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years of Operating Room RN experience
• Experience across a combination of Orthopedics, Plastics, and OB/GYN surgical specialties
• Current ACLS certification
• Current BLS certification
• Current PALS certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience in an OR setting
• Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments, protocols, and surgical teams
