The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and working both independently and as part of a team.QualificationsAssociate degree in Human Services or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceExperience in human services, case management, advocacy, education, healthcare, or a related field preferredStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently while supporting individuals in community settingsPassion for inclusion, advocacy, and empowering othersPreferred QualificationsBachelor 's degree in a related fieldExperience working with individuals with disabilities or underserved populationsFamiliarity with community resources and support servicesLived experience with a disability Additional InformationTravel throughout New Hampshire is requiredThis role includes a combination of office, remote, and community-based work Not sure if you meet every qualification?
