Physical Therapist (PT)

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This position involves working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with responsibilities in both inpatient and outpatient settings. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to cover both areas as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients across various age groups, from high school-aged individuals to the elderly.
• Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Utilize manual therapy techniques in outpatient rehabilitation settings, focusing on post-surgical rehabilitation.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records using Cerner EMR.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings preferred.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with a diverse patient population.
• Ability to adapt to fluctuating patient needs and case loads.
