Job Description & Requirements Specialty: OR - Operating Room Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $ 2437.60 Opportunity: RN - Operating Room / Perioperative Services Job Details: • Deliver safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the operating room and other perioperative services areas • Act as a patient advocate throughout all perioperative care settings • Meet surgical standards of nursing practice • Perform head-to-toe assessments on all patients and reassessments as per policy, including pediatric and geriatric populations • Adequately assess and reassess pain, utilizing appropriate pain management techniques • Collaborate with the healthcare team including RNs, LPNs, nursing assistants, physicians, and ancillary disciplines in patient and family assessment • Maintain skills in setting priorities, organizing workload effectively, and managing multiple assignments with multilevel personnel • Demonstrate strong communication skills and attentiveness to detail • Maintain thorough knowledge of sterile technique • Develop and implement total nursing care for patients through assessment, nursing diagnosis, and patient care planning • Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and patient team personnel to maintain standards for professional nursing practice • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license required • BSN preferred Facility: This healthcare facility provides comprehensive surgical and perioperative services, supporting a wide range of patient populations from pediatric to geriatric.
