Senior Revenue ManagerAltera is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager! The Senior Manager of Revenue Accounting is a strategic and hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of revenue recognition and reporting in a complex, high-volume semiconductor environment. This position ensures compliance with ASC 606, drives scalable processes, and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Legal, and Finance to support business growth while maintaining strong internal controls.Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Accounting, Closing & ReportingLead the global revenue accounting function ensuring compliance with ASC 606Analyze complex arrangements including multi-element contracts, distributor sales, rebates, and other variable considerationOversee month-end and quarter-end close processesReview journal entries, reconciliations, and revenue analyticsPartner with FP&A and Sales Operations for reporting, forecasting and business insightsProvide insights into revenue trends, margin impacts, and key business drivers to senior leadership and investorsProcess Improvement & Systems:Drive automation and ERP enhancementsChampion data integrity, analytics, and real-time reporting capabilities.Drive digital transformation initiatives to handle high-volume, high-complexity semiconductor transactions.Audit & Controls:Serve as the primary liaison with auditors on revenue mattersEnsure readiness for SEC reporting requirements, including disclosures.Ensure SOX compliance within the order-to-cash processLeadership:Lead, mentor, and scale a global revenue accounting organizationFoster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.The pay range below is for Bay Area California only.
